Call now to book your destination, and your divorce.

Your terms. Your destination. Your divorce.

Minimized cost, stress, conflict, and distractions.

(260) 422-5281

Destination divorce is your chance to have exactly that.  Rather than an acrimonious lawsuit decided by a judge, you will have more control over the process and the outcome by immersing yourselves in the issues that define your divorce with a registered family law mediator and member of the Indiana Bar Association.  The stress, time, and financial costs of traditional litigation are averted, and it all occurs in a vacation setting of your choice over a three-day weekend.  And, if you so choose, you never have to see nor speak with your spouse during the process.  No lawyers.  No judges.  No courtrooms.  No counting or fearing billable hours.  One flat fee.

Why Destination Divorce?

Those who have been through a contentious divorce universally wish they had more of one thing throughout the litigation process:  control.

Your destination can be anywhere you choose, or we can choose for you.  The idea is to remove yourself from the everyday stresses and pressures of daily life so that you can focus solely on your divorce for three straight days.  Ideally, the process should occur at a location where there are amenities available to the parties that can help them calm down when emotions begin to run high.  So, for example, if one party reaches a point where he or she needs a break, that party can play golf, or get a massage, or swim laps, or work out in the gym; whatever is needed to be able to settle down and come back to the table with a clear head.  Regardless of the location, however, remember: you are not taking a vacation with your spouse.  You are selecting a relaxed setting to help keep emotions in check during a very difficult, scary, and inherently emotional process.

Whether you and your spouse prefer the beach, the mountains, the sun, or the slopes, the destination for your divorce is limited only by your imagination.
